I grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and have lived on the water most of my life. When I'm not working, I'm hunting, fishing, running the boat, or doing anything that gets me outdoors with family and friends. That time on the bayous, in the woods, and out on the Sound gives me a close knowledge of waterfront homes, wooded and rural property, and land.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in residential construction and over 15 years as a licensed home inspector. My wife and I have also flipped, built, and sold homes of our own. So when I walk a property, I'm looking at more than the listing sheet: the foundation and framing, the roof and systems, seawalls and bulkheads, drainage, flood zones, insurance considerations, boat access, road frontage, and how usable the land really is.

I help buyers and sellers with every type of property: single-family homes, condos and townhomes, new construction, investment and rental property, waterfront homes, rural acreage, and land. As a listing agent, I focus on helping sellers prepare, price, and market their homes with fewer surprises.

I serve all six counties of South Mississippi: Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Pearl River, Stone, and George.
